Rand Residence

Part of a new residential community, the Rand Residence is sited in the woods facing a cove off the north side of Lake Winnepesaukee. Located on a steeply sloped site, the house is a variation on the traditional “salt-box” form, enlivened by a series of gabled dormers and porches.
